Pastor Dave graduated from Clarks Summit University (formerly Baptist Bible College of PA) in 1984 where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies. He's done some post-grad work at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Currently he's working on his masters degree in the Master of Ministry program through Baptist Bible Seminary, Clarks Summit, PA.
Before returning to Springfield in 1992 to be his home church's Associate Pastor, Dave helped start a mission church in the suburbs of Chicago as well as worked at AWANA ministries headquarters and the Regular Baptist Press/GARBC home office. He has written numerous articles which have been published.
Since 2012 Pastor Dave has been the Sr. Pastor of Grace Church (formerly Berean Baptist Church.)
Dave and his wife Cindy have been married for 33 years. Their son Adam is married to Elisa. They both live in Chatham, IL, and serve at Grace in different capacities. Their daughter Emily is a graduate of University of Illinois at Springfield and works for the Illinois State Police Merit Board. She serves at Grace as well on the Tech Team and teaching kids.

Spare Time: Eating out, traveling, going to movies, and most of all, tooling around with Cindy on their Suzuki Boulevard.
